Rights and Usage
∙ I have the absolute right to my artwork; this includes the right to post it on any of my social media platforms and add it to my portfolio.
∙ I reserve the right to livestream and record the creation of the artwork.
∙ MUST provide reference(s) of the subject! (Describing them isn’t enough).
∙ NO rush requests! I don’t work well under the pressure of a tight deadline.
∙ For personal use only, unless the client pays for commercial use - check below for details.
∙ I reserve the right to decline your commission request for any reason.
∙ It is PROHIBITED to edit out the artwork’s watermark or the background - version with no background is available from me.
∙ Do not claim, trace, edit or copy any of my artworks.
∙ Using my artwork for any NFT or AI learning related reasons is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN. Doing so will result in the blacklisting of your account.
Commercial Rights
∙ Commercial usage of my artwork is only allowed if the client has purchased commercial rights.
∙ Commissions with commercial rights will be prioritized over commissions with personal rights.
∙ Even if a client buys the full rights to my art, the client is NOT allowed to claim my art as their own.

Payment
∙ All prices are in USD.
∙ Payment via PayPal or Ko-fi tip.
∙ FULL payment must be sent upfront only when I have confirmed your commission.
∙ Price for second character will cost +100% base price. MAX character per drawing is two.
∙ The client must calculate the total cost in their respective currency before commissioning me.
∙ The client is responsible for any type of transfer or international fee that may occur while sending money via PayPal.
∙ NO refunds unless I state that I am unable to complete the commission, or if the commission has yet to start after the max wait time (6 weeks).
process
∙ Once I start the sketch, please allow 2-6 weeks for finished piece.
∙ Client is allowed to have 3 revisions MAX on the sketch phase; after that the client will be charged an additional 2 USD per revision.
∙ NO major changes after the sketch phase (pose, expression, outfit, etc.). The only thing I can change is the colors.
∙ IF you forgot to send me detailed information and want to have things corrected, I will charge 10 USD per change (this does not apply to sketch phase).
∙ Do NOT rush me. I have a life outside of creating art and cannot work on your commission every hour of every day.
∙ I will provide updates as soon as I have them, so please refrain from asking unless it's been over two weeks without an update; then feel free to send me a message and I'll let you know what's going on.
∙ Commissioned art will be delivered to the client via google drive, you do not need a google account to download the art.
